Rich in antioxidants, it contains vitamin C , polyunsaturated fatty acids, and several B vitamins for carbohydrate metabolism, as well as carotene and protein. Calcium is present for strong bones and teeth, iron and phosphorus for healthy blood and tissue formation.

 

Ingredients

1 pitaya peeled

1/2 banana peeled

120ml milk

60ml honey

500g ice cubes

 

Instructions

Step 1. Put all ingredients into the GREENIS power blender.

Step 2. Select “Smoothie” program to process until the cycle finishes.
